Black Out

The grass is always greener on the other side.

I wore this outfit to Richmond night market. Don't ask me what I did there, because all I did was eat a ton of twirly potato snacks (as seen below), and then eat some more. Say hi to the one who has been helping me with my pictures, Jeremy aka my brother! Oh, and check out his thought-inducing t-shirt. #sodeepbro

Zara dress, Urban Outfitters cross-body satchel, Forever 21 booties, Bracelets/Cuffs from Bangkok.

It is the time of the year to dig out all your booties (or buy new ones). I sincerely hope we (in Victoria) won't be getting as much rain as we did last year. I would cry for a dry winter. Throw in some snow though, I love snow.

Here's a glimpse of my favorite black dress. It is a super versatile piece, and among all the clothes I have, I get the most wears out of this dress. You'll definitely be seeing it again in the near future.

On a completely irrelevant note, you'll soon notice that I love (a huge understatement) street brands, and am almost always in street brands. Hence the hashtag: #streetbrandwhore on my ootd pictures on Instagram

I plan to have a #flatlaysfriday section on the blog, and hopefully that will work out well. Do leave any constructive criticisms you have regarding the blog in the comment box! Have a pleasant week ahead guys!

Sandals, where you at?

The perfect outfit to laze in - Bart sweater and the ever popular asymmetrical skort! Put on a pair of clear strapped sandals and the outfit was good to go.

Zara skort, BCBG clutch, Forever 21 clear strapped sandals

Just walking - quite comically.

The month is slowly becoming extremely hectic with all my assignments coming in. Following the submission of my assignments my midterms are coming up soon, too soon. I'm stretched to the bone, but I would love to have my GPA up a few notches, so I have to work for it, no complaints. #wishmeluck

Mismatched

BCBG clutch, top and skirt from Bangkok, Zara heels

This outfit was extremely quickly put together, hence the mismatched colors and prints. I especially love this top that I got from Bangkok at $5 (SUCH A STEAL!!!). The mismatched colors were very suitable for summer, or the end of summer rather.

Now that fall is slowly creeping in, it is getting colder each day. I'm not exactly sure if I am hoping for fall... I mean, I do LOVE sweaters and piling on lots of clothes, but wind and rain is all we get here in Victoria. I do think that ultimately I am looking forward to the cold weather though! So here's to all those looking forward to fall!

Thank you for visiting this humble space! I hope that in future I will be posting fairly regularly :) See you folks in the next post!
